Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return conditions

  • The full name of the person who placed the order.
  • The order number.
  • Your invoice as proof of purchase is required for any return.
  • Any items you have accepted and then return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please pack the product well.

Do you want to exchange your product?

That's no problem at all. You can contact  hello@trailblazeradventuregear.com for this . However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself. 

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged or faulty so we can look into it and make it right. granule-bois will repair broken parts or items or refund the purchase price based on the results of an inspection per order.

Restocking costs

Restocking costs of the purchase price are not charged.

  1. a) Your order number.
  2. b) The reasons why you are requesting a refund.
  3. c) If there is damage, please add clear pictures of it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method plus any shipping cost agreed with us. within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
